This course is by application only.
The Certificate in Ministry Leadership is an intensive, two-semester program designed for pastors, ministry leaders, Christian business owners, lay leaders, and students who want to lead with greater wisdom, character, and effectiveness. Beginning with personal transformation and spiritual formation, the program progresses through practical leadership skills, strategic planning, team development, conflict resolution, and organizational leadership—all grounded in biblical principles. More than a leadership course, this certificate equips participants to lead and develop others with integrity while building healthy ministries, organizations, and relationships. Classes meet Tuesday evenings and will follow the Boise State University academic calendar, with certificates awarded in April 2027.
